Java uses the concept of stream to make I/O operation fast. The java.io package contains all the classes required for input and output operations.

The java.io package contains nearly every class you might ever need to perform input and output (I/O) in Java. All these streams represent an input source and an output destination. The stream in the java.io package supports many data such as primitives, object, localized characters, etc.

We can perform file handling in java by java IO API.

An I/O Stream represents an input source or an output destination. A stream can represent many different kinds of sources and destinations, including disk files, devices, other programs, and memory arrays.

Streams support many different kinds of data, including simple bytes, primitive data types, localized characters, and objects. Some streams simply pass on data; others manipulate and transform the data in useful ways.

No matter how they work internally, all streams present the same simple model to programs that use them: A stream is a sequence of data. A program uses an input stream to read data from a source, one item at a time: Reading information into a program.

A program uses an output stream to write data to a destination, one item at time:

Stream

A stream is a sequence of data. In Java a stream is composed of bytes. It’s called a stream because it’s like a stream of water that continues to flow.

InPutStream − The InputStream is used to read data from a source.

OutPutStream − The OutputStream is used for writing data to a destination.

In java, 3 streams are created for us automatically. All these streams are attached with console.

1) System.out: standard output stream

2) System.in: standard input stream

3) System.err: standard error stream

Let’s see the code to print output and error message to the console.

Java encapsulates Stream under java.io package. They are

Byte Stream: It provides a convenient means for handling input and output of byte.

Character Stream: It provides a convenient means for handling input and output of characters. Character stream uses Unicode and therefore can be internationalized.

Java byte streams are used to perform input and output of 8-bit bytes. Though there are many classes related to byte streams but the most frequently used classes are, FileInputStream and FileOutputStream.

Can we use floating variables in if statements in C?

Yes, we can use floating variable in if statement but you have to be very careful while initialising the condition C Language.

Comparisons between floating-point values (including comparisons with zero) are easily sent “off” by truncation/rounding errors.

Yes. You can use. But a direct comparison will never result in a true condition.

Remember that floating point values are hardly precise. So what you can do is along with the float value you are comparing, declare another value that serves as an upper and lower bound to your value,

For example:-

Float a=6.7, b=5.8;

if(a==b)

{

            printf("same");

}

Float a=1.0;

If (a==1) // this will be wrong in this case as condition will never be true

}

Abstract means something, which is in thoughts but not it exists in reality. It is like that we know that what should be done, but we don’t know how it would be done.

Take an example, there is a ‘Shape’ class which contains a method ‘area()’ but we cannot implement area() method here as we do not know what will be the shape(a square, a rectangle, a triangle or any other shape) in future. In that case, we will declare area() in the Shape class and will implement the same method in our subclasses as per the requirement.

In JAVA, Abstraction can be achieved using the abstract class, abstract methods, and interface. Using the abstract class we can achieve the different level of abstraction, but using the interfaces we can achieve 100% abstraction.

Abstract Class:

1. An abstract class would be declared using ‘abstract’ keyword.
2. Creation of object is not possible of an abstract class.
3. It may contain data members, methods, abstract methods, constructors.
4. Data members can’t be abstract.
5. It must be inherited by the subclass(es) using ‘extends’ keyword.
6. The subclass should implement each and every abstract method declared in Super Class. Otherwise, subclass would act like abstract class which needs to be extended further.

Abstract Method:

1. An abstract method can be placed within an abstract Class only.
2. It would be declared using ‘abstract’
3. The abstract method should be declared only without any implementation
4. It can be implemented only in the subclass(concrete class) using ‘extends’ or ‘implements’.

It’s always subject of debate which one is better to own Business or to do job?

As you completing your graduation, there has been pressure created by parents on youngsters to find out the job, but today’s youngster believe in to own business. Which takes some time also need money.

Both have their pros and cons. We can’t surely decide which one is the perfect solution for most people.It depends on you and your context.

After your educations when it comes to the earnings time then there are only three choices for you to choose from. One “Start your own business, if you have money to invest”, second “get a job” but if you do not have much money to invest for business then your third choice might be “get a job then save some money and then start a business”.

Rightly said, no matter if it is a job or business; you are expected to work for extended hours.
A job, on the other hand gives you a sense of safety, security and stability of a monthly pay check. In a job, it's more like taking order and executing it as per the needs and direction of your boss.

We have met people that are very happy with their jobs and loved what they do, but still wanted to start their own business. Perhaps it was the need to feel like they could do something bigger and more meaningful with their lives and make more money and have more freedom too.

In job sometimes you feel like you are doing same task every day and nothing thrill is there now. This feeling makes you very sad and you can’t think in new direction.

You feel like you'll never have enough money because there is a rather obvious limit on how much you can make each year. In job sometimes you can’t even provide benefit to “your boss” in some certain conditions.

 In a job you have to fix yourself in the fixed time interval, usually that is of 8 hours. But in your own business there are no restrictions for you. You can work less or you can even work more for making more profit. So, this is important in reasons why own business is better than job.

Initially when you start your own business it's scary. But in your own business you can go beyond the limits and rules to make your business successful.

In short, it depends on your interest and nature, business and job both have their own pros and cons. But if you choose as per your interest then it always make you happy in your life.
