What are the Real Examples of Data Structure? tccicomputercoaching.com

A data structure is a specialized format for organizing, processing, retrieving and storing data.

Following are the real Examples of Data Structure:

  • Arrays : It is most used data structure. It is used in every possible situation where you need to gather similar objects at one place. Simple Example can be collection of all the book titles in a Library Management systems
  • Structures : They are Not Part of Data Structures by them self's But rather they are programming constructs through which you can build these Data structures. Most Important Use of a Structure is Gathering of Data Bits which are Similar at one place in the memory and treat them as one single entity. Taking the same Library Management System all the Details Regarding To a Book (Like Name, Author etc) can be placed at one place in memory using a structure
  • Linked Lists : They Can Work in most of the places Arrays work. But Difference in usage depends upon two choices we make when we design a systems. Those choices are 1) is Total Number of Elements in the Array Changes Frequently 2) What Run Time Efficiency You need . if Total Number of Elements in Array changes often the probably Linked list is better for that application as it is less costly to add and remove nodes in a Linked List. If you need a run time efficiency O(1) you should always go for an array as it will have every fast access speeds
  • Tree :
  1. PDF is a tree based format. It has a root node followed by a catalogue node(these are often the same) followed by a pages node which has several child page Producers/consumers often use a balanced tree implementation to store a document in memory.
  2. Your file system is a tree structure. So check out the source to any free file system.
  3. Looking at any of the Data warehousing products you'll see clever ways of storing and drilling into tree shaped dimensions. You get a tree structure for location (country, region, state county, town, etc) and time (Year, Month, Day, Hour). Those two dimensions are common across many domains, but much other real world data also lends itself to the tree.
  • Graphs : good example of graphs is a Map application which will give you shortest path from a point a to point b. this application may be using nodes to represent different points in the map and applying a Dijkstra's algorithm to find shortest path.

DATA TYPES IN JAVA PROGRAMMING - tccicomputercoaching.com

In this article we will learn about the java data types.

Variable is a memory location where we can store the data. There are three types of variables: local, instance and static. There are two types of data types in java, primitive and non-primitive.

Data Types in Java

In general every programming language is containing three categories of data types. They are
  • Fundamental or primitive data types
  • Derived data types
  • User defined data types.

Primitive data types

Primitive data types are those whose variables allows us to store only one value but they never allows us to store multiple values of same type. This is a data type whose variable can hold maximum one value at a time.

Data Type Default Value Default size
boolean false 1 bit
char ‘\u0000’ 2 byte
byte 0 1 byte
short 0 2 byte
int 0 4 byte
long 0L 8 byte
float 0.0f 4 byte
double 0.0d 8 byte

The Java programming language is statically-typed, which means that all variables must first be declared before they can be used. This involves stating the variable’s type and name, as you’ve already seen:

int gear = 1;
int a;  // valid
a=10;  // valid

User defined data types

User defined data types are those which are developed by programmers by making use of appropriate features of the language.

In java both derived and user defined data type combined name as reference data type.

Student  s = new  Student();

Integer Data Type:

Data Type Size Range
1 Byte 1 + 127 to -128
2 Short 2 + 32767 to -32768
3 Int 4 + x to – (x+1)
4 Long 8 + y to – (y+1)

Char Data Type

Data Type Size(Byte) Range
Char 2 232767 to -32768
Float Data Type

Data Type Size Range Number of decimal places
Float 4 +2147483647 to -2147483648 8
Double 8 + 9.223*1018 16

Boolean Data Type

Boolean data type takes zero bytes of main memory space because Boolean data type of java implemented by Sun Micro System with a concept of flip – flop. A flip – flop is a general purpose register which stores one bit of information (one true and zero false).

Default Values

It’s not always necessary to assign a value when a field is declared. Fields that are declared but not initialized will be set to a reasonable default by the compiler. Generally speaking, this default will be zero or null, depending on the data type. Relying on such default values, however, is generally considered bad programming style.

User Defined Data Type:

Typedef

A typedef associates a name with another data type. Here is the syntax of an IDL typedef:

typedef type identifier;

The type can be any basic IDL data type, a user-defined data structure

typedef int unit;

Important of Education tccicomputercoaching.com

Education is a very good tool which benefits all through the life.

Education plays a great role in the life of everyone all through the life. Getting proper education is very necessary to get success and happy life just like food is necessary for healthy body.

The more knowledge we get, we grow and develop more in the life. Being well educated never only means to earn certificates and good salary from the recognized and reputed organisation companies or institutions however it also means to be a good and social person in the life.

All parent want to see their kids going towards success which is only possible through the good and proper education. Every parent tells their kids from childhood about the importance of education in the life and all the advantages of education to make their mind towards better study in the future.

It develops confidence and helps building personality of a person. All the divisions of education have their own importance and benefits. School Education prepares the base which helps children throughout the life, it opens various doors to the opportunities of achieving better prospects in life so promotes career growth.

Education is must for both men and women equally as both together make a healthy and educated society.

Education provides ability to solve any big social and family and even national and international level problems.

In current time there are lots of option to make your career, well educated people make the healthy pillar of the country and lead it ahead in the future. So, education is the tool which can make every impossible thing possible in the life, society and nation.

You cannot keep up with evolutions unless you are aware of them.  It is highly impossible to fool an educated person for it would take reasoning and logic to get him in the trap.

Education bring positive changes in human life. It enhances the knowledge, skill, and intelligence of a person and enables him to lead a successful life.

How to use JavaFX CSS? - tccicomputercoaching.com

CSS - Cascading Style Sheets, handles the look and feel part of a web page.CSS saves a lot of work. It can control the layout of multiple web pages all at once.

We can implement CSS in JavaFX like HTML.

In JavaFX you have the ability to create, modify, or use existing themes to skin your applications.

CSS files are bundled inside a jar application or they can reside on the local file system or a remote web server.

To load the CSS file from the classpath, call getClass().getResource("path/some_file.css").toExternalForm() method. It will find the CSS file and produce a URL String.

The following code loads the sample.css file as the current look and feel.

The sample.css file and Java class are in the same directory, so there is no need for a path in front of the file name.

Application.setUserAgentStylesheet(getClass().getResource("sample.css")

.toExternalForm());

TCCI Teach Java from Basic Introduction to Advance Level to the school students, Engineering Students, IT Professionals Online and Offline.
